Suggested printing: Create masters of the desired item (8up flyer prefered), at 100% size, by laser on good white stock. The PDF already includes margins so set PDF print page scaling to NONE. Have the master copied to 8.5x11" AstroBright colored cardstock (65lbs "cover" or better), preferably copy on both sides, same end up. If facilities permit, laser print from PDF directly to final stock rather than copying from a master. Trim 0.5-0.75" off each margin, then cut into final cards. It's possible to find two sided AstroBright cardstock copies as cheap as $.08-.10/page in volume, which translates to barely a penny or two per flyer. Then take stacks of a hundred or more to your area bike shops (use the list linked below), and also spread them among your bicyclist friends.
